[ About ]

I'm an executive coach and evolutionary entrepreneur specializing in cultural psychology, psychological epidemiology, solutions to the global metacrisis, and civilizational triage. As a congruence strategist, I help people overcome the illusions that keep us bound, resolve disharmony through pattern interruption, and develop systems and strategies for an era beyond collapse.

In an age of chaos, coherence is power.

I’ve spent my life navigating broken systems across countries and contexts—trying to make sense of why so many people feel like they don’t belong or struggle to find happiness or success. Over time, I realized it wasn’t them. It was the system.

I help individuals, organizations, and cultures see what’s invisible: the pattern beneath the pattern. I don’t "fight" systems. I reveal their origin and architecture, so we can transform the deeper patterns—internal and external—that keep us stuck.

My work includes leading the world's largest brands through change initiatives, advising senior leaders from companies like Applied Materials and Deloitte, and helping hundreds of people reclaim their humanity in an age that feels anything but humane.

The world isn’t broken because you’re broken. It’s broken because our systems are misaligned and no one has looked at the underlying patterns. Once you learn to understand systems, you can stop contorting yourself to survive and start moving safely into a new paradigm.

[ Background]

How did I get here?

I have always been tuned to illness, healing, strategy, and psyche. In high school, I excelled in acting, language, literature, biology, and psychology. I portrayed the stories of people with disabilities, wrote about industrial toxins and social ills, and did humanitarian work. I had a knack for resolving the drama behind people's stories. I studied Cultural Anthropology and Political Science at Duke and Neuroscience at Stanford, diving into how our perception shapes our society and institutions.

In 2021, for a year, I devoted myself fully to inner work, learning about how consciousness evolves and doing the painstaking work of personal transformation. I got certified, formalized my techniques in astrology and clinical psychology, and discovered a gift for reading people at the deepest level and helping them heal. "How did you know this about me?" they'd ask. The truth is, I'd done the work—and part of me just knew.

In 2023, I was recognized by Marianne Williamson and got mentioned in The Intercept among other publications and podcasts for my insights into the archetypal dynamics of her presidential campaign. It was a major moment of recognition. Marianne has a unique ability to understand the personal and the political, and I hope to build on her legacy: bridging the personal and political, the psychological and systemic.

In 2024, I presented my research on the goddess Eris at Harvard, discussing why the 21st century is marked by Eris' archetypal dynamics of fragmentation, polarization, decolonization, and system reckoning. I presented alongside PhD scholars on what this "new consciousness" entailed and what it looked like, and why the world is struggling and evolving through the tensions of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Then, I got Long COVID. Left with few answers, I became a student of whole-systems healing, setting out to improve the health system and committing myself to easing the suffering of others. My journey through Long COVID reshaped how I see systems and why I build new ones. Currently, I am an MBA Fellow at Northeastern University learning healthcare systems, finance, and analytics to sharpen my strategic acumen. From there, I will be working on a dissertation in Clinical Sciences. I believe fully that the power of regeneration is within us.
