The Golden Axis™
The Golden Axis™ touches what regular coaching and therapy can't. Here’s what pattern-level development looks like, and what clients are saying in real conversations about how it changed their lives.
How Graham Realigned Himself and Founded a Health Tech Company
From working at Headspace to founding a mental health tech company, Graham’s journey involved fundamental shifts in identity and alignment that no amount of reading or ceremony by itself would have done.
“We haven't even finished our Find Your Frequency program and I've already committed to extending our partnership.”

“I came to Rayner because a part of me knew the massive personal changes he would help me initiate, but I couldn't have predicted how impactful his program would actually be. Sometimes you just don't know what you don't know, and he has a special ability to ~guide~ you in coming up with your own transformations.”
-
“So far, I've come to connect with and understand who I truly am and how that relates to the work I am setting out to do founding a company. His guidance has given me the self confidence to pursue my dreams while feeling grounded and embodied. I feel less stressed by my work and am able to handle big decisions with ease.”
-
“I would highly recommend Rayner and his coaching programs. He is empathetic, understanding, motivating, concise, and effective. We haven't even finished our Find Your Frequency program and I've already committed to extending our partnership. I wouldn't be where I am today without him, and I know I can't get to where I need to go without him.”
How Rocío Overcame Crisis and Rose to Executive Leadership
From burnout and overwhelm to an Executive Director role at a non-profit organization, Dra. Rocío’s journey is a testament to what becomes possible when we slow down, reconnect, and rebuild from the inside.
"I started therapy, but it was not enough. I still had a hard time focusing and generally felt like I was just surviving.”
-
“At the beginning of the process, I was in a bad place. It was hard for me to organize, create priority schemes between all the aspects of my life, and I was very oblivious to my own well-being. I was literally overwhelmed and terribly stressed, and it was almost impossible for me to start solving any of the diverse aspects of my life. The state of mind that I was in was created after several years of neglecting myself and my own priorities. It led me to consider ending my life, being that the wake-up call that I needed to start looking for help. I started therapy, but it was not enough. I still had a really hard time focusing, finding a proper balance between work and personal life, and generally felt like I was just surviving. After having a talk with a friend, he suggested that I try coaching as an additional tool for the healing process.”
-
“To be honest, I had no idea what to expect before I started working with my coach. Because of the place I was at emotionally, I felt maybe I was loading him with way too much information and issues, some of them that run too deep to be solved by coaching. I’m glad we decided to work together because the coaching journey was a life-changing experience, and it provided so much more than imagined.
Rayner is a generous sensible person, and he gives himself completely during coaching. He was quite attentive to my state of mind, which was very useful during our first sessions, helping me always find a way to connect and be present. He was also sensible and adaptable and helped me find tools that improve focus and organizational capacity, even when things are hectic. Our conversations were deep and meaningful, and his energy, even through a screen and more than 10,000 miles away, was always calm and positive.
I am absolutely in admiration of the way he works. Whenever I was expressing some particularly difficult situation, he would close his eyes and connect with his feelings and knowledge. When he opened them again, he would have the precise word or the most effective recommendation. It was a fantastic learning experience for me, and I still implement those “forced pauses” in my everyday life, combining them with the tools that were effective during our coaching.”

Rocio advanced from general coordinator of her non-profit to Executive Director within months of completing her program.
“I can tell with certainty that I am not the same person that started this journey. I’m more relaxed in my interactions, focused and secure in my work, and a lot kinder to myself. I enjoy life more, can make better decisions at work, and also learned to accept myself in ways that I never even thought to in all the years of life. I have learned to identify some important indicators that appear when I’m starting to get overwhelmed, so I can stop, re-focus, and find a healthy way to face the multiplicity of challenges we all face in our daily lives. These tools and this way of perceiving life will have long-lasting effects on my person. They feel like the emotional equivalent of a safety rope. Even when things get complicated and overwhelming, I now have this safe rope to hang on to. This rope keeps me connected to a safe mental place where I can take care of myself to be able to support others while making this world a better place.
I would, without a doubt, recommend this coaching process to anyone that is working on healing themselves, rediscovering life, and readjusting priorities. If you are working on finding ways to be more efficient and capable of handling multiple unexpected responsibilities in an orderly, healthy, and meaningful way this is also good for you. With a relatively short investment of time, you can see results quite fast, and it truly is a game-changer. As one of the most significant outcomes of this process, I’m forever grateful to my coach for bringing daily joy back to my life. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.”
How Chris Healed from Trauma and Stepped Into Creative Breakthrough
After years of overextension, Chris found a path back to himself. How a gifted Disney vocalist learned to heal old narratives and rise into a new era of creative confidence.
“in 10 weeks, I've done more processing and healing than therapy did in a year.”

“When I started with Rayner, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Throughout our sessions, he demonstrated tremendous sensitivity and intuitive knowledge. I was able to process and understand things about myself that I had never been able to access before.”
-
“Because of the judgment-free space that he created during our conversations, I walked away feeling better equipped to navigate the world and work towards the objectives we had set together.
Something particularly enjoyable and helpful was Rayner’s focus on narratives. We created archetypes for the narrative I wanted to leave behind me and the narrative towards which I wanted to work. This elevated the conversations about self-work and self-care beyond typical jargon and coping mechanisms and gave me something to visualize that felt personal and unique. We picked the image of a sun rising in the sky as the core narrative for our work together, and as we progressed through the program, I was able to see changes in my thought patterns and better embody the care and radiance within that core narrative.
Another aspect of working with Rayner that I noticed benefits from almost immediately was his guided meditation and sitting meditation practices. I hadn’t done any meditation or breathwork before and had many misconceptions about what was involved. Still, I had several breakthroughs under Rayner’s coaching getting in touch with my body. I’ve never understood what people meant by “feeling emotions in your body” until I started a sitting practice. I discovered points of tension and held trauma that I was finally able to access and begin to process.”
-
“I would highly recommend Rayner and his coaching programs. He is empathetic, understanding, motivating, concise, and effective. We haven't even finished our Find Your Frequency program and I've already committed to extending our partnership. I wouldn't be where I am today without him, and I know I can't get to where I need to go without him.”
How Rev. Dikiea Found Her Voice and Rose to Historic Leadership
After enduring workplace inequity and spiritual exhaustion, Dikiea had every reason to be skeptical. But through our work, she reclaimed her sacred voice and made history.
“I was traumatized and wounded, and I didn’t feel like there was help for me. But there was something that you said or did that made me feel like I could at least give it a try.”
-
“Before I began with Rayner, I felt overwhelmed and powerless to affect change in my professional setting. When I came to this position, I was traumatized, wounded, and I was trying to survive. A co-worker recommended this to me, but because of how I was feeling about my relationship with him, I was skeptical about this. But there was something Rayner said or did that made me feel like I could at least give it a try.”
-
“I’m so happy I did. I was looking for work-life balance and a way to validate my voice in the workspace and chose to work together process after consulting with Rayner. One of the things that surprised me, and an unexpected benefit, was Rayner’s ability to meet me where I was in terms of my faith and spirituality and their importance in my life, and his ability to challenge my responses gently and effectively to empower me in healthy communication.
I’m really grateful because it was something that I was going to do, but I wasn’t convinced that it was going to make much difference. I felt like my situation was so complex and it’s just so hard for people to understand me that I just didn’t feel like there was help for me. But Rayner was able to see me right where I was. When he was telling me his background, I thought - okay, is he going to try to sell me on something or convince me of something? But he was able to meet me where I was, work with me, and respect those parts of me that are so important to me.
I know this is not the only reason, but I feel like if this were the reason that I ended up being here, just to have this experience, then it was all worth it. It was worth packing up my whole life and coming here, and trying this out, you know?”

Shortly after completing our work together, Dikiea became the first female African-American senior pastor in 172 years of history at the East Second Street Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky.
“My life has changed because of this process. I feel more capable of expressing myself to others. I feel more in tune with my identity and how my stressors affect my physical body. I have learned how to feel into the space and control what I take in and how. I would recommend this service because it is life-changing in opening a person up to the fullness of who they are. If I could describe this experience in one word, I would say: empowering.”
