Creative Media Intern
I’m looking for a values-aligned, detail-oriented Creative Media Intern to support a podcast and media ecosystem focused on systems change, healing, leadership, and cultural evolution. This is a paid opportunity ideal for someone early in their journey who wants to grow into the next wave of creative leadership.
What You'll Do
Edit podcast episodes (usually 45–90 minutes; longer episodes receive higher compensation)
Create clips and content for social media and repurposing across platforms
Help refine a sustainable creative process
Occasionally co-create or offer input on future campaigns or strategies
What This Is Really About
This isn’t just content production, but about shaping a new narrative landscape. If you’ve noticed how saturated the media world is with reactionary content and bad-faith takes, this is your chance to help build the antidote.
This role is for someone who wants to grow into being one of the best editors and creative minds in an emerging ecosystem of evolutionary media that is reflective, rigorous, soul-centered, and system-aware.
Compensation & Mentorship
$75 per edited episode, with increases for longer or more complex projects
Hourly pay for content repurposing, clips, and creative overflow
Real mentorship from someone experienced in systems thinking, education, leadership, and design—this is not just transactional work, but a gateway to growth
You’re a Fit If You...
Are energized by thoughtful, non-fragmented conversation and future-facing ideas
Can work independently, communicate clearly, and are eager to learn
Want to help build something meaningful, not just “content for clicks”
Are organized, curious, and committed to doing things well
Can work independently and communicate clearly and maturely
Want to develop serious creative chops in an ecosystem with values and vision
Want to grow your skill set in a supportive, non-extractive environment
This is a part-time, flexible, remote opportunity. My hope is that it’s also a seed for your career, and for a more thoughtful and aligned media future.
